Damaged goods
Our Bendigo Pottery stoneware vessels are robust but unfortunately, (on the rare occasion), they may be damaged in delivery. We sincerely apologise if this happens to you. If your product is broken upon delivery, please email us a photo along with your order details and we will happily send another one out to you immediately at our cost.

Refund or Replacement
Should you require a refund for damaged or incorrectly filled orders, please email us your name and order number, along with the reason and a photo of the issue. We will email you instructions for returning the item. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund or replacement once we have received delivery back. Refunds will be made into the original account you paid.

Reed refills, essential oils and gift cards or change of mind, are non-returnable items so please check your order to confirm you have ordered the right scent and colour.
